Having a life with God doesn't simply mean going to church. It's important to remember: God is not religion. Throughout history, humankind has often misused God's name, even killing, exploiting, and dominating in the name of a "god" created according to their own interests. But God, with a capital "G," is the Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth and all of humanity. Human beings, faced with the grandeur of creation, remain small and limited; we are dust, and to dust we shall return. Having a life with God is much deeper than simply being inside a church. It is surrender, faith, commitment, obedience, and a true walk with God as presented in the Holy Scriptures. Being in church is important for many people, but attending church, in itself, does not necessarily mean living with God. Therefore, let us be thoughtful about all this!
